The advance ticket sales for Mission Raniganj — The Great Bharat Rescue, starring Akshay Kumar, have begun. According to Sacnilk, the film made 78.02 lakhs in total on day 1. It’s anticipated that the motion picture about a rescue operation from India’s oldest coalfield will do well at the box office.
Expectations for Mission Raniganj have increased as a result of the captivating trailer and the recently released romantic song Keemti. The movie reintroduces Akshay Kumar to the unsung hero subgenre, and for the fourth time in films, the actor will play a Sikh. The intriguing movie will focus on the life of Akshay Kumar’s Jaswant Singh Gill, who was most recently seen in the successful OMG 2.
Mission Raniganj producer Pooja Entertainment announced the commencement of advance booking on their social media handles yesterday. The producers shared a motion poster on social media, and wrote, “A step closer for you to witness the biggest Rescue Mission. #2DaysToMissionRaniganj. Advance Booking Open Now.”
Koimoi claims that as of Thursday, October 5, 1:30 pm, Mission Raniganj had only sold 2000 tickets throughout the three national chains (PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis), and given the slow sales rate, the total advance is anticipated to be under 10,000.
Notably, Akshay Kumar will be making his debut in Bollywood with this film after declaring on August 15, 2023, that he had been awarded Indian citizenship.

Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue
The movie is set to release in theatres on 6 October 2023. It is a survival thriller film that is based on the true story of 65 trapped workers at the Raniganj Coalfields in 1989, who were all saved by mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill of IIT Dhanbad.
