Dwayne Johnson Responds to Hilarious Roast Over His Botched Paris Wax Statue

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has finally reacted to the wave of amusement sparked by his newly unveiled wax statue at the Grevin Museum in Paris. The Hollywood heavyweight took to his Instagram and acknowledged that the wax figure required a few enhancements, particularly regarding the color of his skin. He shared a video of a comedian who playfully roasted the new wax figure, and he humorously declared that he’d have a drink with himself during his next visit to Paris.

On the work front, Dwayne Johnson is gearing up for his role in the upcoming film ‘Red One,’ where he’ll be sharing the screen with Chris Evans. He described the movie as a blend of ‘A Miracle on 34th Street’ and ‘Hobbs & Shaw.’ His most recent appearance was in DC’s ‘Black Adam,’ which didn’t perform well at the box office.

Regarding Dwayne Johnson’s new wax figure at the Grevin Museum in Paris, the actor posted a video of comedian James Andre Jefferson jokingly calling him a “pebble.” In response, Dwayne captioned his post, “I knew my boy @jamesjeffersonj had this Rock wax statue in his roasting crosshairs.” He asked, “Is this how y’all felt when you lost the Little Mermaid?” and confessed, “I legit belly laughed at this.” Dwayne continued, “For the record, I’m going to have my team reach out to our friends at Grevin Museum in Paris, France, so we can work on ‘updating’ my wax figure with some important details and improvements, starting with my skin color.” He concluded, “And the next time I’m in Paris, I’ll stop in and have a drink with myself.”

Social media users were quick to react to Dwayne Johnson’s response to his new wax figure. One person humorously commented, “Vin Diesel definitely paid them to do this.” Another stated, “Not sure why the artist or the museum thought it was okay. I’m glad The Rock said something.”

One user quipped, “He looks like Vin Diesel’s son,” while another playfully mentioned, “They got you lookin’ like my iPhone charger, bruh.” An individual remarked, “It looks too pale,” and someone commented, “They did him dirty with that skin color.”

One user added, “It’s actually sad because in a few decades or centuries, that’s how they will remember him,” while another concluded, “That’s not the Rock, that’s the Glacier.”
