Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a fresh wave of sexual assault allegations while being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Centre. According to Deadline, a new lawsuit filed in New York accuses the Grammy-winning artist of drugging, raping, and intimidating a former model, beginning in 2021.
The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Combs impregnated her and that his associates pressured her to have an abortion, though she later suffered a miscarriage, according to ANI. The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture, claiming Combs forced her to take ketamine and alcohol and subjected her to non-consensual sexual encounters with others. These accusations echo those of nearly a dozen individuals who came forward after Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, accused him of similar misconduct in November 2020.
Secret Tapes and ‘Freak Off’ Parties
In a significant development, a male sex worker allegedly handed over a “freak-off” tape involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to federal prosecutors. TMZ reported that the tape, recorded in May 2023, shows explicit sexual performances and drug-fueled orgies. The tape has been presented as evidence after the sex worker met with federal investigators in New York City.
Reports suggest that explicit tapes connected to the rapper are circulating on the dark web while Combs remains incarcerated. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing a new accuser, revealed that she was approached about the sale of one of these tapes, which allegedly features Combs alongside another high-profile individual. Although Mitchell-Kidd declined to reveal the identities of those involved, she confirmed that the footage is pornographic and that one person appeared unaware they were being filmed.
Legal Charges and Investigation
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested on September 16 at a Manhattan hotel and now faces multiple charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could face life imprisonment. During raids on his properties, investigators seized firearms and phones, and his sons, Justin and Christian “King” Combs, were also detained at the Los Angeles home.
Earlier, hotel surveillance footage from 2016 surfaced, showing Combs attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles. The video shows Combs chasing and physically assaulting Ventura, dragging her along the hotel hallway. In response, Combs later issued a public apology, expressing regret for his actions and acknowledging the need for personal and professional help.
